3. Scope of Services
All services are provided based on written quotations, proposals, email agreements, or signed contracts issued by Braddan.

Any additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
4. Client Responsibilities

Delays in providing required information may impact project timescales.
5. Fees and Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Quotes are valid for 30 days
- Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue
- Work may require an upfront deposit before commencement
- Ongoing monthly services (such as SEO or support retainers) are payable in advance
Braddan reserves the right to pause or suspend services where invoices remain unpaid beyond agreed payment terms.
Late payments may incur statutory interest and recovery costs in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
6. Website and SEO Services
Website Services
While we aim to ensure websites function correctly across modern browsers and devices, we cannot guarantee compatibility with all third-party software, plugins, hosting providers, or future platform updates.
Clients are responsible for:
- Maintaining domain registrations
- Maintaining hosting accounts unless managed under a support agreement
- Backing up website content unless specifically included within the service agreement
SEO Services
SEO performance depends on many external factors including search engine algorithms, competitor activity, and market conditions.
Braddan does not guarantee:
- Specific Google rankings
- Specific traffic levels
- Specific lead or revenue increases
We provide services using reasonable skill, care, and industry best practice.
7. Tender and Business Consultancy Services
Advice, tender support, and business analysis services are provided in good faith using the information supplied by the client.
Final responsibility for:
- Tender submissions
- Commercial decisions
- Compliance statements
- Legal declarations
remains with the client organisation.
Braddan accepts no liability for unsuccessful tender outcomes or commercial decisions made based on consultancy advice.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Braddan retains ownership of pre-existing intellectual property, templates, methodologies, and working materials
- Clients retain ownership of their own logos, branding, and supplied content
- Final website content and deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment of all outstanding invoices
Braddan reserves the right to reference completed projects within portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
9. Confidentiality
Braddan will treat commercially sensitive information as confidential and will not knowingly disclose confidential client information to third parties unless:
- Required by law
- Necessary for subcontractors involved in service delivery
- Authorised by the client
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Braddan’s liability shall be limited to the value of the fees paid for the relevant services
- We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or loss of profit damages
- We shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion would be unlawful.
11. Cancellation and Termination
Either party may terminate ongoing services by providing reasonable written notice.
Where work has already been completed or committed to, Braddan reserves the right to invoice for:
- Completed work
- Time incurred
- Non-recoverable third-party costs
Deposits paid for commissioned work may be non-refundable once project work has commenced.
